Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 19, 2026
1. One-time plan purchases
The standard prices published on this website are described as one-time payments for the selected 1, 3, 6, or 12-month service term. A cancellation request stops future work as reasonably practicable, but refund eligibility depends on the Refund Policy and the work already performed.
2. Recurring billing
If a future checkout explicitly offers recurring billing, the recurrence and renewal terms must be displayed before payment. Cancelling recurring billing prevents future renewal after the applicable cancellation takes effect; it does not automatically reverse completed work or past charges.
3. How to cancel
Email contact@chalongmayellc.com with the purchaser name, email address, service or plan, and transaction or invoice reference. We will use that information to identify the order.
4. Confirmation
We will provide written confirmation after a cancellation request has been processed. Clients should keep the confirmation for their records.
5. Third-party payment settings
Where a payment processor provides a customer billing portal or subscription-management function, clients may also have cancellation controls through that provider. The checkout or billing communication should identify those options when applicable.
